He has tried all manner of cases, including drug possession, battery, prostitution, drug sales, domestic violence, burglary, auto theft, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, gun charges, attempted murder, arson, and murder. Mr. Arias left the District Attorney's Office in April of 2004, and now practices both civil and criminal litigation. He has experience with such areas as wrongful death, major personal injury, criminal defense, public entity litigation, and civil rights litigation.
